Half-fill a highball glass with crushed ice. Pour over combined vodka and
raspberry cordial. Top with lemonade. Serve with a straw and spoon.

In one glass mix the cream, vodka, ice and yellow food colouring
well. Pour liqueur in, then top with a thin layer of Cointreau. Toast the
memory of Cedric & try not to get a temper like a badger if you have a
few too many of these.

Gryffindor Growl Cocktail
ice, vodka, Campari, soda, citrus
Pour soda & vodka together & stir. Add ice. Pour Campari
on top & let bleed into the soda/vodka mix (don't stir!). Top with slices
of citrus if that is to your liking (lemons or grapefruit work best.) Drink
down & brag that your Seeker is braver and more courageous than all the
other Seekers put together.
Chant "Lions for the Cup!" when you finish, but don't slosh your
ice on the floor, please.

Layer into a glass in that order & go for it. Bartender
not responsible for any visions which result after tempting fate with this

Slytherin Slide (shooter)
(Original Version) White Creame de Menthe, Peppermint Schnapps,
White Rum
Layer equal amounts of Creame de Menthe & Schnapps into
glass in that order. Add thin topping layer of Rum (THIN!!! or the taste goes
rather wonky, we found). If your peppermint schnapps was not the green variety,
add several drops of green food colouring to bleed into run & schnapps.
Shot down & hiss loudly with the sensation.
(Optional version) Amaretto, Apple Schnapps, Tripple Sec
Layer Amaretto & schnapps in equal amounts, add thin layer
of Tripple Sec on top. Again, if your schnapps isn't green, give a few drops
of green food colouring. Drink, feel incincible, and tell Professor Snape
what a positive influence he is on your outlook on life.
For Those Who Cannot

* Pour Cherry Grenadine carefully and let it settle to the bottom.

Shrieking Shack Shake
In a 5 qt blender, combine...*1 frozen bananna
*1-2 cup of frozen pineapple bits
*1 pound of frozen mango bits
*1 can of coconut milk(get dessert variety)
*orange juice
blend until a smooth it should have a think milk shake like consistancy

For a different take on this drink, substitute 1/3 - 1/2 of Mango bits for
frozen raspberries. Name it Bloody Cold Baron

Double Potions Punch
*1 can Ginger Ale
*1 can Orange Juice from concentrate
*1 can Pineapple Juice from concentrate
*1 tub any flavor Sherbet
Combine the juice; stir; spoon in sherbet.
For added decoration, fill a Bunt pan with water, add cherries or other such
fruit and freeze. Use that instead of the sherbet.

Butterbeer #1
*1 can of root beer
*Some cream/coffee creamer
*Some butter
Melt the butter in the microwave, however much you want, and put it and the
cream/coffee creamer in a microwave safe cup/mug along with the root beer.
Put in however much of the latter two ingredients you want, until you find
a combo to your liking. Enjoy!

*2/3 cup tea
*1/3 cup cream or milk
*1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
*Very small amount of pure vanilla extract (1/4 tsp. or less)
Stir together and enjoy.

is not their idea that they had imagined when reading about butterbeer, so
here are some suggestions of add-ins to make the flavor closer to your own
idea:

Butterbeer #3
*1 pint vanilla ice cream (softened)
*1/2 stick butter (softened)
*1/3 cup brown sugar
*2 tsp. of cinnamon
*1 tsp grated nutmeg
*1/4 tsp. ground clove
*1 quart apple cider
Cream butter, sugar and spices together.
Beat in the vanilla ice cream.
Re-freeze the mixture.
Scoop out the frozen mixture into a glass.
Pour hot Apple cider over the ice cream mixture.
***Optional: add an ounce of rum for an adult treat.***

Gryffindor Cocktail
*Any type of orange juice (blends like strawberry-banana is great for it.)
*Marachino (sp?) cherries
Put several cherries into the juice and pour in some of the cherry juice from
the jar and let it settle at the bottom. Use a spoon to fish out the cherries.
It looks sort of like a Gryffindor color striped drink. Don't stir if you
want to keep the colors.

*one bottle of grape soda
*one bottle of pineapple soda
*one bottle ginger ale
*two scoops chocolate or vanilla ice cream
*three or less (or more if you really want to sugar rush) of sugar
*two ice cubes
Add the ice cream first and let it soften enough to mash down into the glass
Pour the soda over it, alternating which one you're pouring
Mix up the sugar, but make sure it won't make the soda fizz over the top
Add the ice cubes
