Okay only why are Harry and Hermione scowling at Ron? Hermione was yelling, "Don't trust him Harry--he's a WEREWOLF!" Harry was not very pleased with Remus or Sirius at this time and was totally worried about Ron. So I don't see why Harry and Hermione are being all sympathetic to Remus when at that time they totally weren't
