Fun story! You have some really great lines in here. I especially like the description of Fred as "resident expert on the disciplinary system of Hogwarts School of Witches and Wizardry".

I think you've caught Fred's and Angelina's relationship well, and kept them in-character too. Good job!

Go, bludger! This reads like a scene from a longer 'fic -- you should consider expanding it. I think you've characterised both Fred and Angelina nicely... and only Hagrid likes the Skrewts.
