Nightmares, nightmares, house elves aren't real, not real. [shake] Sorry, I love this story! Even if it reminds me of a nightmare I had!

A less likely attempt to harm humans that tries to free them!
They're more of a peace-minded creatures ar heart. They'll come to their senses that they are abused by humans. Like what Dumbledore said about Kreacher in book five: Treat them nicely. And what he said towards the end of the book: The Fountain of Magical Brethen told a lie tonight. (or something like that)

Besides, Winky is still to depressed to harm anyone or to do her work, nor to stop her butterbeer addiction. Dobby is way too open-minded and nice to harm anyone, especially Harry and his friends. The rest of the house-elves, well, they're the opposite of open-minded.

Wonderfully creepy story, and a truly powerful wake-up call for Hermione. Great job!

Amazing. That was a truly shocking nightmare and story- the writing was tense and vivid- I really got a sense of the horror of it and Hermione's bewilderment. What a *brilliant* angle on the house-elf issue! The house-elf issue is such a paradox and your story conveys it's complexities in a way that allows Hermione to realise them. The horrific scenario is so ominous- almost a prophetic in it's conjuring of the future which Hermione may create unwittingly through her ruthless pursuit of freedom for the elves. The voice you've given the elves is powerful and frightening. Incredible :) Thankyou
