Loved it! Backstory on the muggle teacher - and it *works*!
Silly me had totally forgotten you'd given Hermione's mum the name Dorothy - but as soon as she came around to visit with the baby, it all hit me and I knew the story was going to come together beautifully. And it did. It also helps explain Charlotte's motivations towards werewolves, which I had thought was a bit lacking earlier.
I do have to say - poor Connie! Is she still in love with Steve, eleven years later? You do like to write tragic situations! |
