| Aw, cute! Of course, Sirius is one to say Harry needs a haircut. Very good. Very short, though. |

<snip> "So why are you so glad Kreacher doesn't live in a cupboard?"
"There are spiders in cupboards," Harry answered simply. <snip>
Awww, I was grinning up until that point and suddenly got all teary. :*)
A lovely fic. It was fluffy, but it also left me with a lingering sadness, thinking of what Harry and Sirius could only touch upon having together as godfather and godson, during the time that they knew each other, before Sirius... left. *sigh*
Thanks! |

Oh, brilliance.
I think one of the best parts about this is that Sirius, as Harry's father figure, should have had the opportunity to do little meaningless things like scrape gunk out of Harry's hair while he was growing up.
Not to mention the sheer quotability.
"Since when are you a member of Hermione's spew thing?"
"Since the beginning, actually. We joined to get her to shut up."
"That was nice of you. I assume it didn't work?"
"No."
Utter brilliance. |

Awww.. so cute! But we feel a little pang for Harry when he is so adamant about the cupboard. It's interesting that he feels this way for even an awful elf like Kreacher. You've made a good analysis of the way Harry's childhood affects him.
Lovely job! |
