Right friggin' on! Love this. You've got Draco and Luna down.
The writing--terse, efficient, well-chosen words--says it all: --"Draco had curled his lip in a sneer at this typical example of Gryffindor idiocy, before receiving his pardon. At least Potter hadn’t been fool enough to expect any thanks." --"She kept her wand behind her ear, and stared at him with disconcertingly wide blue eyes as if it was the natural thing to do, and he was the odd one for not following suit."
I could see them there letting the starlight wash over them--two blonds as you say--two freaks with their separate uniquenesses in common. |
