This is a hoot! I love the dragon (origami, I presume?)--much more fun than an owl (sorry, Hedwig)or those paper airplanes of the Ministry's.

Will read more chapters soon.

Fantastic! I really like your description of how the Ministry has changed. You've obviously put a lot of thought into how the battle would have affected the security measures:

"The Ministry looked quite untouched from the inside, as if someone had taken a picture of it prior to the DA’s raid and restored each minute detail accordingly." - great description, but I think you meant the DEs.

I especially liked the new wand-checking and how they printed out a ream of paper with all of Harry's wand details on it (what about Sectumsempra?).

It was good to hear Harry ask about Tonks (Meta-morph-agus). It shows that thoughtful side which people so often forget.

“Bringing anything into the Ministry today?” the Auror clipped at him mechanically. - I understand what you're trying to convey, but it really does sound like the Author is actually clipping him with something. ^^;

I do like your characterisation of Mr. Lovegood and I hope that we see more of him as the story progresses.

Wonderful beginning, made me laugh, especially with Harry describing the Lovegoods as one of the 'most respected wizarding families in England'. Little white lie there, Harry. Luna's letter was pitch perfect.

Favourite Line: “What kind of a name is Lovegood, anway?” Aunt Petunia spat at Uncle Vernon. “It isn’t even proper grammar!”

I just read both chapters, and you have an intruiging beginning here. I do enjoy Luna, and I am looking forward to seeing more of her father, as well. I especially liked her letter--very in character. And the Dursley's reaction to the Lovegoods was perfect.

Lovely! Luna is one of my favorite characters in te series, and this captures her whimsical side wonderfully.

And Mr. Lovegood--I agree, Luna has to come from SOMEwhere. I like the direction you're taking with him here...

Adorable, Ninian Echo, simply lovely. The only thing I spotted was what I might call an overpowering of the characters -- Luna may be, well, loony, but I thought that you were inserting an excess of lunacy. Well. That is the title of the chapter. If this is what you had in mind, please ignore my ignorence.

Airri Dahlink.
