Hermione L. Black is a pen name(a nick name), I mean my real name is not Lavender! So, she was not iterviewing one of her best friends. It's just one of those things she came up with when she was sitting around her house. If I seem like I'm talking like I know this person, it's cause I do, and we're best friends, altough we don't exactly see eye to eye on HP ships*cough, cough*.
